Responsibilities of the Human Resource Department:
- Responsible for the formation, implementation, management, monitor and coordination of human resource policies;
- Responsible for the execution of staff recruitment;
- Responsible for the execution of administrative tasks such as performance appraisal and training;
- Accountable for the implementation of administrative tasks such as rewards and penalties, appointments and dismissals, relocation of staff of Dong Zong; and
- Accountable for the execution of the document control and coordination of the management system of Dong Zong.
