Responsibilities of the Information Technology Department:

Internal:

1. Planning and implementing the information technology strategies and annual projects;
2. Promoting the resource planning and performance improvement;
3. Developing and implementing the information systems;
4. Managing the security management of information appliances;
5. Managing the routine maintenance information systems; and
6. Improving the application of information technology in the organisation.

External:

1. Planning and implementing the application of Independent Chinese Secondary Schools' information technology implementation strategies and annual projects;
2. Developing and applying the related information systems of Independent Chinese Secondary Schools;
3. Managing the information technology-related application training for Independent Chinese Secondary Schools;
4. Organising the Professional Information Technology Team of Independent Chinese Secondary Schools;
5. Planning and implementing Dong Zong Education Cloud development strategies and annual projects; and
6. Managing the development, integration, implementation and training of Dong Zong Education Cloud.
