Introduction of the Organisation Affairs Department

The Organisation Affairs Department is one of the department in the Dong Zong administrative. It is responsible for handling relevant affairs for Dong Zong as the leading organisation of Chinese education, consolidating the organisation internally, ensuring the execution of decisions, and strengthening relationship and cooperation with other organisations.

Responsibilities of the department:

1. Organise and implement relevant meetings held by the association;
2. Collect and organise the minutes of association meeting over the years;
3. Execute projects assigned by the association; and
4. Strengthen relationship and coordination with other regional organisations.
5. Enhance the internal operations of the organisation and create networking among Chinese education organisations；
6. organise various visits and activities to foster consensus and unity both within and beyond the organisation.
