Introduction of the General Affairs Division
General Affairs Division is led by Deputy CEO and responsible for managing the operations of 4 departments, namely Organisation Affairs Department, Resource & Information Department, Property Management Department and Information Technology Department.
Positioning of the General Affairs Division:
- Provide back-end support (Supporting);
- Expand the Chinese education movement (Planning);
- Deepen the discussion and practice of Chinese education (Promoting Education, Researching policies);
- Strengthen organisational management and development (Improving self-awareness in leaders); and
- Manage the development of the organisation (Strengthening cooperation of the parties - Board of Director, State Association of Chinese School Management Board, Chinese delegation, civil society, multi-ethnic organisation).
